Yes. Storage units are available throughout the community and can be rented for a monthly fee, subject to availability.

We do have a Fitness center with a variety of equipment including free weights, cardio machines, strength training Peloton Bikes and Echelon equipment.

Caroline at Memorial offers an outdoor living area with TV’s, as well as a Great Room that is perfect for entertaining.

Caroline at Memorial does offer EV stations in our resident parking garage.

Guests are welcome to use the amenity spaces, as long as they are accompanied by a Resident.

How do I access my home and the amenities?
Each resident will receive a key FOB that allows them to all areas of the Community. The same key FOB will allow them access to their apartment home.
What parking options are available at Caroline at Memorial?
We offer garage parking for all residents, at no charge. We also have reserved parking spaces available for a monthly rent.
Is there a parking fee?
Parking is first come first served, unless a reserved space is added to the lease in which a monthly rent will be included.

Caroline at Memorial requires a minimum income of 2.75x’s the monthly rent.
How do I apply to Caroline at Memorial

How long does the application process take?
It can take up to 72 hours from getting all completed applications and income documents.
What fees are due at move-in?
All applicants are required to pay an application fee of $75, an administration fee of $175 and a security deposit of $500. We also offer Deposit Alternative.
Are utilities included in the rent?
No, utilities are not included in the monthly rent.
What is the lease term length?
Caroline at Memorial currently offers 6-15 month leases.
Is smoking allowed?
Caroline at Memorial is a smoke free community in all common areas, amenities and apartment homes.
Is there a garage or covered parking options?
We offer a parking garage for all residents and guests.
Is maintenance available 24/7?
Yes, Maintenance is available 24/7 for all Maintenance emergencies
